What Is A TeenServe Workcamp?

IMG_4797A TeenServe Workcamp is a one-week mission trip for junior and senior high youth groups.  You might be wondering if all workcamp type mission trips are the same.  Here’s what makes TeenServe different…

  • Professional Worship Band
  • Nationwide Youth Speaker
  • Evangelism Training
  • Coffee House with fun contests & events

We believe that when you do something for the Lord it should be done with excellence!  After a day of serving, we make every effort to provide a life-changing program that will glorify the Lord!

TeenServe workcampers are housed in schools.  The school serves as a “home base” for all of our group activities.  Workcampers are divided into groups of six called “crews.”  Every morning after breakfast, each teen meets their crew and travels to the home they will be working on.  After spending the day blessing a family in need with their time, talents, and service, teens head back to the school.  Each night, TeenServe has a youth conference style program in the school gym.  After viewing pictures taken throughout the day and hearing stories of the day’s happenings, a rocking worship band will lead them into His presence and a national youth speaker will address the teens.  It’s hard to say which part of the day is more impacting!

After the life-changing evening program, the teens can participate in hilarious and fun games and contests in the TeenServe Coffee House, The Hideaway.  Every night is different, but it is always loads of fun!  TeenServe takes care of all the details for you!  From food, to project materials, to evangelism training on Monday morning –every part of every day is carefully planned to be an amazing experience for everyone involved!
